— What We Do
Our programs form a holistic approach that empowers people to overcome adversity, achieve stability, and build a brighter, more resilient future.
Food Insecurity
We address hunger locally and globally through emergency food assistance, mobile pantry services, and community outreach efforts to ensure that no one goes without a meal.
Domestic Violence & Trauma Recovery
The support umbrella at CGCSS offers critical support with 24/7 crisis intervention to help survivors meet immediate and long-term needs with counseling, shelter access, and comprehensive case management. Our goal is safety, stability, and healing.
Mental Health & Substance Use Support
Designed to guide individuals through their recovery journeys with compassion. We offer one-on-one and group therapy sessions, addiction treatment planning, peer support networks, and care coordination to foster long-term wellness.
Housing & Rehabilitation
To rebuild lives, CGCSS has partnered with organizations that provide safe transitional housing, life skills development, and recovery-based support services tailored to individuals overcoming homelessness and substance use challenges.
Education & Workforce Training
In an effort to achieve independence for all, we help helps individuals prepare for the GED, gain vocational skills, and secure meaningful employment. We work hand-in-hand with clients to build confidence and open doors to new opportunities.
Family & Child Wellness
Through partnerships, CGCSS focuses the health and wellbeing of families – family therapy, parenting education, early childhood development support, and access to essential health and nutrition services for vulnerable children and caregivers.
